We believe making payments on your loan should be easy and hassle-free. That’s why we give you a number of free ways to make your monthly payment.
Automatic Transfer
Set up automatic transfers through online banking for no additional fee. This allows you to set up a recurring transfer from an Alltru account or external account and automate your loan payments. Receive a 0.25% discounted rate using automated payments.
To receive a 0.25% rate reduction, contact a member representative to set up automatic payments.
Online Banking
Internal Transfer Initiate an internal transfer using online or mobile banking. Transfer funds manually from any Alltru account.
External Transfer Initiate an external transfer using online or mobile banking. Learn how to add your account at another financial institution . Setup can take up to 1-2 business days depending on institution.
These options are free and can be done one-time only or as a recurring transaction.
Learn how to enroll in online banking or how to download the Alltru Mobile Banking app .
Bill Pay
You have the option to use the Bill Pay service at another financial institution and add your Alltru loan as a payee. This is free and can be done one-time only or as a recurring transaction.

Drop off your payment at any Alltru branch or any CO-OP shared branch location . If outside of business hours, payment can be placed in the Night Drop box to be processed the next business day.

Make an online payment here . Once in the payment portal, select Loans & Credit Cards then Make a Loan Payment . Next, scroll down to Make an Online Payment Here . $8.50 convenience fee applies.
Here’s how to locate your Loan ID to make online payments.
Call Us
Automated Reach our automated phone system at 636-916-8300 and select 3. From there, you’ll be asked to enter your account information and make a loan payment.
Speak to a Staff Member Call our member support center at 636-916-8300 and then select 0 to get in touch with a staff member who can process your loan payment.
$8.50 convenience fee applies.
Mortgage Payment
Pay your mortgage, check your loan balance, and more with 24/7 online mortgage account access . Simply login to online or mobile banking and go to Accounts > Mortgage.

An $8.50 convenience fee will be charged with use of online or over the phone credit or debit card payments to initiate payment from another financial institution. Registration is required to make payments online from an account at another financial institution. Registration approval can take up to 24 business hours.
